Tues 12/8

Breakfast two slice whole grain bread with 3 pcs of turkey bacon
Lunch- pc of pot roast
dinner- yes, 2 hot dogs on bun and potato chips & scoop of ice cream
Yeah, Steph wasn't home so we had hot dogs and I went a little crazy and felt it afterwards of course...

Monday

back to a Monday entry...why do I lose focus through the week?
breakfast- rice krispies with banana and oj
snack - an old mac's hamburger from the weekend
lunch- a pb&j
snack - a handful of wheat thins
dinner - a small piece of round steak, a little potato salad, and half a can of green beans. One cookie for dessert.

Gotta get back to the exercising. That is THE key for me, at least.

Thurs 12/3

Breakfast 1/2 chicken breast
snack-1 serving macadamia nuts
lunch- chicken wrap
forgot dinner jen and I were shopping
only to come home and make fudge for Stephi's club dinner tonight
and yes....it was good.
Other than that, not too bad. Still working on the veggies
Oh I also made a cauliflower/olive salad last night for the heck of it. It has to be in the fridge overnight. Had it for breakfast and very good. I'll share the recipe soon

Breakfast: Trail mix & banana
Snack: cheez it - 1 serv
Lunch: 1/2 c pasta w/ meat sauce, 1/2 chicken salad sandwich
sliced green peppers, mixed fruit cup
Dinner: chopped salad w/ 2 pc of bread

I did pretty good with my fruits and veggies today, yeah!

Dec 1st

Christmas countdown!
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs w/italian sausage
lunch-ham sandwich on rye
cheated with a bag of chips
dinner- 1/2 sweet potato 1/2 chicken breast
snack- whole grapefruit and about 10 frozen dark cherries
My exercise was cleaning the basement,moving furniture and boxes in the crawl space...ugh.

Breakfast: Diet Coke and Egg McMuffin

Snack: Banana

Lunch: PB & J

Dinner: Chopped Salad w/ small amt of dressing

Snack: pretzels and mini pumpkin pie

Monday again...Breakfast: toast with peanut butter and banana
Lunch: scoop of broccoli salad/scoop of chicken salad
dinner: piece of pizza
snacked on a box of good & plenty this afternoon
tonight having a grapefruit
Oh yeah, duh I forgot about the coffeecake I ate which was a gift from a friend at church...ugh!!!!
