Breakfast: Trail mix & banana
Snack: cheez it - 1 serv
Lunch: 1/2 c pasta w/ meat sauce, 1/2 chicken salad sandwich
sliced green peppers, mixed fruit cup
Dinner: chopped salad w/ 2 pc of bread
I did pretty good with my fruits and veggies today, yeah!
