Breakfast: 1/2 pb sand, 1 pancake w/ syrup
Lunch: Turkey and chs sandwich with carrots and grapes
Snack: Banana and crackers
Dinner: chips & guac, 3 pcs of pizza, and 2 beers (woops)
Workout: 30 minutes (ran 1 mile, walked the rest)
