I am Back - Food Diary 11/5/09

Breakfast - 1/2 c OJ, 1 c Fiber One & Banana
Morning Snack - 1/2 c almonds and 1/2 cookie
Lunch - Turkey Sandwich,k 1/2 c grapes, goldfish crackers (1 c)
Dinner - Milk & Chicken & Dumplings

Did not work out today and did not have any veggies. I definitely need to get back on track after Tues and Wed out of town. This weekend I can not splurge like usual. I am really going to try hard!

  1. Nice job getting back in the swing of things. This weekend it's suppose to be beautiful out exercise outside maybe?

  2. Had a decent day other than no exercise.
    Breakfast 2 eggs and sausage patties
    Lunch Chicken wrap
    Dinner Chicken breast, spaghetti squash and carrots
    snack 2 sf popsicles

    Thankfully nothing in the house interesting to eat right now or I'd eat even though I'm not hungry. Gonna be at a womens conference fri/sat so I will have to do my best but also am not gonna sweat it.

  3. Tues and Wed were not so good... out of town and eating what was available.
    Thurs: Breakfast...Bran Flakes/ skim milk
    Lunch....pb and j..milk...banana
    Dinner... half a pork chop, about 1 C.
    dressing and broccoli (had a beer
    too!)
