Sat wasn't too bad.... breakfast - cereal and coffee
lunch - two pieces of leftover pizza
dinner - Cobb salad at the Page (oops two beers)
1/2 hr. walk

Yeah, so this is where writing down what you eat is really embarrassing. BUT, this is why I do it cause I look back and think, wow, I need to do better tomorrow
I forgot, Jack and I went for an hour walk outside, what a beautiful day.
ReplyDeleteNice job with the walk Sandy. Bernie you did very well! My weekend was not so good. Being away and no exercise was tough on the diet. Gained a few pounds so today I've got get back on track.
