Monday!

OK I am back on track. I didn't do too bad this weekend (eating-wiae) but raking leaves was the exercise.
Monday breakfast... two pieces of whole wheat toast with a little peanut butter
lunch.........peanut butter and jelly (shared with Braden)
dinner....... penne soup and 2 small enchiladas
snack ..... hot chocolate
I only got in 20 min on the treadmill.
