Red Fat Meatball Recipe

This was a really good meatball recipe (and lowfat!)

1/2 c Plain nonfat Yogurt, divided
1/2 c soft bread crumbs
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 egg
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt (optional)

In large bowl combine yogurt and bread crumbs, let stand for 5 minutes. Add beef, egg, onion, salt. Shape into meatballs (1 1/4 inch). Cook in large non stick skillet w/ cooking spray. Cook meatballs over medium heat.

Toss in marinara sauce.
