Did pretty good today despite being in a training class all day. Had a chicken breast for breakfast,cantaloupe and frito's for lunch. On the way home from a long day of training I stopped at McDonald's and got a reduced fat vanilla cone..of course I looked up the calories when I got home and it was only 150 so I'm ok with that. Hamburger pattie and a salad for dinner and a handful of almonds for a snack tonight. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get to Gram's to use the treadmill.
Wow, you did a super job Jeanne! What a great day of eating, you should be proud of yourself. And McDonald's cones are a great treat because it is so low in calories and fat.
