  1. Okay so the day went well until tonight while waiting for steph outside her work.
Chicken for breakfast-leftover pot roast for lunch-tuna salad and lettuce for dinner....No snacking all good. THEN went to the dollar store for other stuff and bought a 4oz bag of TGIfridays buffalo sticks and ate the whole bag!!!!
Oh, yes 600 calories worth! Tomorrow can only get better

  2. Sounds like you did pretty well. Were you hungry when you were at the dollar store? It is so hard to resist those temptations, my problem is the leftover Halloween candy.

I got a tip from the Today show, freeze your leftover candy in individual bags and only pull out one bag at a time. That is a start, I am going to do that tomorrow.

  3. Here is what I ate....
    Breakfast: Yogurt & String Cheese
Lunch: Grilled Cheese on WG & 1/2 banana
Snack: 1/2 c trail mix and diet coke
Snack: 3 mini laffy taffy's and 90 cal granola bar
Dinner: Pulled pork on WG, Roasted Veggies (2 c), Milk

**My focus for tomorrow is to drink more water and increase my servings of fruit and vegetables. Instead of my granola bar,I should have choose an apple for 80 calories. That would have also gave me an additional serving of fruit.

  4. Oh yeah I was able to work out for 30 minutes (ran 1 mile and walked 1 mile) -- goal for tomorrow is to run 1.25 miles and walk the remainder

  5. OK...here goes: breakfast-black coffee, Bran Flakes w/skim milk and a little sugar and a little glass of oj lunch: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, half a banana snack: a handful of peanuts and a string cheese. supper: salad and broccoli soup. I think I need to drink more water, get more fruits and veggies in there and exercise more..though I did haul 16 leaf bags to the curb!
